Catering Competency Development Programme
This training package is designed to increase standards in the galley by training and supporting catering staff. It also provides access to an experienced team of consultants, regular vessel visits and weekly practical evaluations. Employing the right person for the job is key to ensuring a loyal, skilful and happy workforce. As part of this programme our clients receive the whole package when they sign up; from high standards of training both onboard and ashore, to evaluation of new and existing catering employees.
