Main Responsibilities:
- Regular travelling to Singapore for 2 weeks per month to conduct on board visits
- Occasionally travelling to visit vessels at other Asian ports
- Provide e-learning distance coaching as per the specified training material
- Coaching and assessing e-learning for vessels / participants.
- Assessing the competence gained by the trainees.
- Assist the training department with consultations
- Reporting to the Training Manager in regards to course progresses of participants.
- Updating and maintaining training records of participants.
- Following and adhering to the predetermined communication and reporting lines.
- Take conduct on-shore culinary courses and online courses if needed.
- Conduct on-shore trade tests/assessment if needed.
- Provide assistance to the operations if necessary.
Our Expectations:
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
- Graduate of a Culinary College or Hotel and Restaurant Management College
- At least two years working experience as Chef / Catering Manager or Consultant
- Previous working experience on board vessels will be seen as an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Resident of The Philippines or Singapore
