Our comprehensive building blocks for excellence on board encompass a holistic approach to training, motivation, support, sustainability, and nutrition services. Through a combination of conferences, webinars, and specialized training, we strive to elevate galley standards, empower catering staff, and promote healthy and nutritious meal options. This program goes beyond training, offering access to a team of experienced consultants, regular vessel visits, and weekly practical evaluations. Recognizing the significance of hiring the right individuals, we prioritize cultivating a loyal, skilled, and content workforce. When clients sign up, they receive the complete package, including high standards of training both onboard and ashore, along with evaluations for new and existing catering employees.
